Web Global Unggul is seeking a dedicated Assistant IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting in the maintenance of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues.,Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of IT systems and networks.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.,Monitor and report on system performance and security issues.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT-related issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.,Work with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.Familiarity with IT support tools and software such as ServiceNow or Jira.Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and principles.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent customer service and communication skills.
