PT Otoman Wibawa is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records,Prepare and submit monthly financial statements and reports,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees,Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls,Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to the finance team,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel,Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good communication and interpersonal skills
