Smart Go Mandiri is looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth of our organization. This is a full-time position located in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. The salary range for this role is Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify and attract potential candidates.,Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
