📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on IT equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime.
  • Document all maintenance activities and issues.
  • Provide technical support to end-users.
  • Participate in system upgrades and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT maintenance and support.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and hardware components.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English for remote communication.
