📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure food availability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with inventory management and procurement.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
