Mandiri Andalan Utama is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our Automotive Financing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales for new and used cars. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email, and social media.,Negotiate and close sales for new and used cars, including financing arrangements.,Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Knowledge of automotive financing products and processes is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
