📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to attract, onboard, and retain high-quality sellers on our platform.,Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to understand their needs and provide exceptional support.,Monitor seller performance and provide feedback and training to help them improve and grow their businesses.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our marketplace and achieve our business objectives.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.,Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our platform and attract new sellers.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends to ensure our sellers have access to the latest tools and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or marketing role, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketplace industry.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and other stakeholders.,Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
