📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, implement, and maintain a robust safety management system aligned with ISO 45001 standards.,Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.,Provide leadership and guidance to the safety team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives.,Collaborate with senior management to integrate safety considerations into business operations.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and deliver training programs to enhance workplace safety awareness.,Maintain accurate and comprehensive safety documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Certification in ISO 45001 or a similar occupational health and safety management system.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in workplace safety and compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in developing and implementing safety management systems.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
