📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction and engineering projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.,Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, budget reports, and final project deliverables.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.,Recruit, train, and mentor project team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete projects successfully.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction and engineering projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.,Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.,Knowledge of construction and engineering principles, including building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
