📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and executing pastry recipes.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of desserts for special events and promotions.
• Assist in the ordering and inventory management of pastry ingredients.
• Assist in the training and development of junior staff.
• Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols in the kitchen.
• Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly pastry production schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
