📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.,Manage and train staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
