📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily fulfillment operations to ensure SLA compliance and KPI achievement
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy using WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other inventory tools
• Optimize productivity and efficiency through process improvements and best practices
• Lead and mentor the fulfillment team, providing training and development opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product integrity
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fulfillment operations, preferably in the fresh produce industry
• Proven track record of achieving SLA compliance and KPI targets
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant process improvement methodologies
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other inventory management tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
