Tech Direct Mandiri is looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
