📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

Train and mentor junior staff on production techniques and standards.

Identify and implement improvements to production processes.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
