📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Mentor and coach junior sales consultants to ensure they meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales plans, including quotas and targets.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Provide regular sales reports to management and participate in sales meetings and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales consulting or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian market and industry trends.
