📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery.,Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures and breakdowns.,Inspect and maintain safety systems and procedures.,Monitor and maintain the performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.,Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building structures and facilities.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.,Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of maintenance software and tools.Familiarity with OSHA and other safety regulations.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Experience with preventive maintenance programs.Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS).Experience with energy management systems (EMS).Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.Experience with facility management software.
