Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are properly trained and supported.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the facility, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and that the facility is in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, and community members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare operations, and implement new strategies and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including clinical and administrative processes.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders.,Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
