📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve department performance and achieve set goals.,Managing and mentoring a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitoring and analyzing department performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Representing the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
