Moon Village Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain fleet vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize costs and maximize vehicle lifespan.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization.,Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure favorable terms for vehicle purchases and maintenance services.,Provide training and support to drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with drivers, stakeholders, and other team members.
