📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in patient assessments and monitor vital signs using electronic health records systems like EPIC and Cerner.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar healthcare role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems like EPIC or Cerner.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
