🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Proven experience with inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
