📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance energy efficiency.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors, addressing their concerns and ensuring their comfort.
• Work collaboratively with the facilities management team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, and implement new technologies and solutions as needed.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on fire detection and suppression systems.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HVAC and electrical systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ACMV and facilities services, with a strong background in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Certification in HVAC systems, such as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or similar.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy management software.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with tenants, visitors, and other stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
