In this role, you will work closely with our design and production teams to create detailed technical drawings and specifications using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D modeling tools. You will also collaborate with suppliers to ensure that our designs are feasible and cost-effective to manufacture. Your creative vision and technical expertise will be instrumental in bringing our design concepts to life, helping us to maintain our position as a leader in the wood and metal manufacturing industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine product designs for display racks and modular systems using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other 3D modeling software.
• Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and prototypes to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize product functionality and aesthetics.
• Conduct material and cost analyses to ensure that designs are feasible and cost-effective to manufacture.
• Work with suppliers to source materials and components, and to ensure that production processes are efficient and effective.
• Participate in design reviews and quality control processes to ensure that products meet our high standards of quality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions into our products.
• Contribute to the development of our design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence across our product range.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and technical expertise.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of wood and metal manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively and strategically.
