📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of our compliance program, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.
• Manage regulatory risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations, including but not limited to, AML/CFT, KYC, and anti-money laundering laws.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of our operations to identify and mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to safeguard our business and our clients.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure that our operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to our employees on compliance matters.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure that our compliance program remains effective.
• Report to the management on the status of our compliance program and any emerging risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, legal compliance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including AML/CFT, KYC, and anti-money laundering laws.
• Experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
