📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement customized leadership development programs tailored to the specific needs of Innovate Leadership Solutions and its clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and data analysis to identify key areas for leadership growth and development.
• Collaborate with managers and team leaders to create and deliver impactful training programs.
• Leverage learning management systems such as Cornerstone or TalentLMS to track and measure the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development to ensure that our programs are cutting-edge and relevant.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders to support their professional growth and development.
• Evaluate the impact of leadership development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including managers, team leaders, and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development or a related role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective leadership development programs.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Certification in leadership development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
