📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and optimize our information systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary improvements to enhance performance and security.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our information systems.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of our information systems, ensuring that they are able to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with the management team to identify and address any issues or challenges related to our information systems, and develop solutions to ensure ongoing success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Proficient in using a variety of software tools and technologies, including but not limited to, SQL, Python, and various operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
• Certifications in IT service management, such as ITIL Foundation or equivalent, are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
